We invite researchers and practitioners to present and discuss relevant published work, ongoing projects, and new late-breaking ideas. These contributions are non-archival, and we welcome everything from recently published papers you wish to share, to master’s or PhD thesis work seeking feedback, to early-stage ideas you hope to refine and publish in the future. Submissions may be about original research, case studies, tools, methods, even teaching initiatives and outreach education.
- Posters are large-format printed displays that summarize a topic through key figures and short text. They are mounted in a shared space where authors stand with their work to discuss ideas and answer questions in an informal setting.
- Demos showcase interactive systems or prototypes that attendees can experience first-hand. Each demo is provided with a table, power, and space for equipment, allowing presenters to show their system in action and engage directly with participants through live interaction and discussion.
Accepted posters and demos will be the focus of the evening welcome reception, which is a great way to make connections early in the conference.
Sincerely, Kendra and Damien

Submission and Review Process
Submissions must be uploaded to the Precision Conference system (PCS). Authors may submit and edit their materials in PCS until the deadline. Submissions are not formally reviewed, the posters and demos chairs will make selections possibly with the assistance of an ad hoc jury.
Note submissions are not anonymized (authors and institutions are shown).
Preparing Your Submission
We require a short 2-page extended abstract of your poster or demo, using the ACM proceedings-template in the two-column “sigconf” layout. It should include an introduction with brief related work or context, and a high-level description of the main points in the poster or main parts of the system you plan to demonstrate. For published work, be sure to include the citation and identify the venue in the abstract.
On a third page of the write-up PDF, include:
- For posters, a scaled-down sample design of an A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm) poster in either portrait or landscape orientation (portrait orientation recommended).
- For demos, indicate any additional setup or infrastructure beyond a standard conference table and a single (1) electrical outlet. Note the space requirements of your demonstration (e.g., 4 x 4 x 4 m2 ), lighting requirements (full, partial, dark), etc. Monitors and projectors are limited but can be requested. All computing items must be brought by participants (e.g., laptop, Head-Mounted Devices, cameras, sensors, etc.). Groups can request student volunteer help for setting up.
You may also submit a video which may be important to understand the submission. Videos should be encoded in a high quality format (e.g., MPEG-4) that works across as many platforms as possible without the installation of additional codecs.
Please note that your total submission size cannot exceed 100.0 MB, including your submission document and any additional material. If you cannot comply with this limit, please contact one of the poster chairs.
Poster and Demo Presentations
We require at least one author of each accepted poster or demo to attend and present in person.
