GI 2026 will be held in E7 (Engineering 7) and DC (Davis Computer Research Centre) on the University of Waterloo campus.
E7 Event Space
The main conference program, including keynotes, award talks, papers, posters and demos, the welcome reception, and opening and closing sessions, will take place in the E7 Event Space. Located on the second floor, this 3,300 sq. ft. open concept venue includes a modern AV system, frosted glass walls, and integrated power and networking throughout. The space supports flexible use across different session formats within a shared environment.
Special Session Rooms
Special sessions such as workshops and panels will be held in nearby rooms within E7 and a short 5 minute walk to DC (Davis Computer Research Centre).
